Warranty Policy – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gizmo Rapid! We value your trust and are committed to providing quality repairs with reliable warranty coverage. Please read our detailed warranty terms and conditions carefully.


🔧 1. Touch & LCD Replacement Warranty

• All Touch and LCD replacements come with a 90-day limited warranty from the date of service.
• The warranty does not cover devices that show:
  – Accidental physical damage
  – Water or liquid damage
  – Cracked, bent, or broken screens
  – Lines or blank display caused by pressure or misuse
• Any tampering or unauthorized repairs during the warranty period will void the warranty.


🔋 2. Battery & Internal Repair Warranty

• All battery replacements and general internal repairs are covered by a 180-day (6 months) limited warranty.
• The warranty covers only functional issues related to the replaced part.
• Battery health deterioration due to overcharging, third-party chargers, or software updates is not covered.


🛡️ 3. Touch Glass Replacement Warranty

• Touch glass replacements include a 6-month warranty with one-time free glass replacement within the warranty period.
• The free replacement is valid only if:
  – There is no visible accidental or liquid damage
  – The replacement request is within the warranty window
• The free replacement cannot be claimed for cosmetic scratches or dents.


🚫 4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is not applicable in the following situations:
• Any physical damage or accidental drops after the repair
• Water or moisture damage post-repair
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized third-party repair
• Issues unrelated to the original repair job
• Software issues caused by third-party apps or user modification


🛠️ 5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please ensure you have the following:
• Original Job Sheet or Invoice
• Valid ID Proof (if required)
• The repaired device in its current condition

Once a claim is submitted, our team will inspect the device. If the issue is eligible under the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the part at no additional cost.

• Warranty coverage begins from the original date of repair, not the claim date.
• Warranty claims must be made within the specified period for each service type.
• Gizmo Rapid reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the terms outlined above.
